NYC Firefighter arrested for Menacing, Assault

NEW YORK, NY – A New York City firefighter has been arrested on multiple charges according to the New York City Police Department.

Early Sunday morning, Angel Osorio, a 26-year-old male and employee of the New York City Fire Department, was arrested and charged by police in Harlem. The charges against Osorio include aggravated criminal contempt, menacing, and assault.

According to a police report, the arrest took place at approximately 02:12 am. The specific details surrounding the alleged offenses have not been disclosed at this time. Osorio was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, menacing behavior, and assault.

The NYPD has not released any additional information about the circumstances leading up to Osorio’s arrest. He was off duty at the time of the arrest.
