NEW YORK, NY – A violent assault was reported on a northbound 4 train approaching the Jerome Avenue and West 183 Street subway station. A group of unidentified assailants attacked a 33-year-old male victim.
The assailants punched the victim multiple times in the head before fleeing the scene westbound on 183 Street. Despite the severity of the assault, the victim declined medical treatment at the location.
No arrests have been made at this time.
