NYPD arrests three in unsolved Inwood murder cold case

NEW YORK, NY – The NYPD has announced the arrest of three suspects alleged to have been involved in an unsolved murder case in Inwood.

The suspects have been identified as Edward Perez-Rosario, 23, of 2550 Olinville Avenue, Wander Rivera, 27, of 2815 Webb Avenue, and Olbeny Diaz, 21, of 3110 Kingsbridge Terrace, all from the Bronx, NY. The charges against them include murder, four counts of robbery, three counts of assault, and multiple counts of criminal possession of weapons, including loaded firearms.

The incident took place on June 21, 2021, at around 4:45 am in the vicinity of 160 Dyckman Street.

According to police at the time, three individuals approached two victims, a 34-year-old male who was seated in his car and a 33-year-old male who was standing on the street.

The suspects displayed handguns and demanded the victims’ property, and subsequently shot and robbed them. The suspects fled in a gray four-door Honda Accord, driven by a fourth individual.

The deceased was identified as Milton E. Grant, a 34-year-old male from Queens.
