NYPD Investigates Forcible Touching Incident on D Train

NEW YORK, NY — The NYPD’s Transit Special Victims Squad is currently investigating a forcible touching incident that occurred on Sunday morning on a southbound D train nearing Grand Street Station. At approximately 9:40 AM, a 28-year-old female reported that an unknown male individual touched her buttocks before fleeing the scene.

The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, medium build, weighing approximately 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He was last observed wearing a blue and white t-shirt and grey pants. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported from the incident. Authorities are seeking any information that could assist in locating the suspect.
