NYPD Investigates Hate Crime Incident in New York City

NEW YORK, NY—The New York Police Department’s Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 4, at approximately 2:00 PM in front of 46 Howard Street. A 32-year-old male reported that an unknown individual approached him, made anti-Semitic statements, and threw a bag containing dog feces at him, which landed inside his vehicle.

The assailant fled the scene on a bicycle and remains unidentified. No physical injuries were reported from the incident. The NYPD is actively seeking any information that could lead to the identification and apprehension of the individual responsible for this hate crime.
