NYPD investigating bodega armed robbery

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department seeks assistance in identifying an individual connected to a robbery. On Saturday, July 1, at around 9:10 pm, an unidentified male entered a bodega at 2810 3rd Avenue. The individual brandished a firearm and demanded money from the cashier.

The cashier complied, and the individual then absconded with approximately $745, heading south on 3rd Avenue. No injuries were reported in this incident. The Police Department urges anyone with information to come forward.
