NYPD investigating lewdness incident in Brooklyn

New York City, NY – Detectives with the city’s 67th police precinct are asking the public to help identify a male suspect wanted for a lewdness incident in Brooklyn.

The incident reportedly occurred on Saturday, June 24, at around 11:20 a.m. local time in front of 1355 New York Avenue. According to the victim, a 36-year-old woman, an unidentified male, exposed his genitals and engaged in lewd behavior.

Police are asking who may have witnessed the incident or possesses information that could aid in identifying the suspect to contact the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline. The hotline can be reached at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), while Spanish speakers can call 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
