NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in an attempted assault that occurred on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, around 1:10 PM.
The unknown individual approached the vicinity of 162 West 165 Street and discharged several rounds at a vehicle before fleeing northbound on Summit Avenue. Fortunately, no injuries or property damage were reported as a result of the incident.
The suspect is described as a male with a light complexion, last seen wearing all dark clothing and beige boots. The NYPD encourages anyone with information about the suspect or the incident to contact the Crime Stoppers Hotline.
