NEW YORK, NY – The New City Police Department is investigating a groping incident that took place last week inside the stairwell at the West 18th Street and 7th Avenue subway station in Manhattan.
According to police, an unidentified male approached a female passenger and forcibly grabbed her in her private parts. The suspect fled before police arrived.
The NYPD has published a photo of the suspect and is asking the public to assist in identifying the male suspect.
