NYPD releases photos of gunman wanted for shooting taxi cab passenger in chest

On 11/13/22 at approx. 3:30 AM, in the vicinity of Avenue of the Americas & W 23 St in Manhattan, the suspect approached a 32-year-old male as he was exiting a cab and shot him one time in the chest.

NEW YORK, NY – Detectives with the New York City Police Department are not giving up on their investigation into a November shooting where an unknown male shot a 32-year-old man while exiting a taxi cab near West 23rd Street and Avenue of the Americas in Manhattan.

Police released photos of the suspected gunman this week in the Madison Square Park shooting.

The incident happened at around 3:30 am on November 13th. Detectives said the attack was unprovoked. The suspect fled, and the victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
