Brooklyn, NY – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested early Wednesday morning in the 90th Precinct, facing serious charges.
Crystal Rickenbacker, a 41-year-old NYPD School Crossing Guard, was arrested on February 28, at approximately 6:09 AM. She has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and assault.
