NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty New York City employee was arrested early Wednesday morning. Zowie Hunter, a 25-year-old female NYPD School Safety Agent, was taken into custody at 1:51 a.m. on July 31, 2024. The arrest occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct.
Hunter has been charged with Assault in the 3rd Degree. Further details on the circumstances leading to the arrest have not been disclosed at this time.
