Police say two individuals punched a 22-year-old employee while brandishing knives before fleeing the Chelsea scene.
New York, NY – Police are searching for two suspects accused of assaulting a store employee inside a CVS pharmacy in Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood, according to the NYPD.
The incident occurred around 8 p.m. on Friday, February 20, inside the CVS located at 81 8th Avenue within the 10th Precinct.

Employee punched during confrontation
Police said the two unidentified individuals entered the CVS and confronted a 22-year-old female store employee. During the encounter, the suspects punched the employee in the face while brandishing knives.

Suspects fled on foot
After the assault, the suspects fled the location on foot to parts unknown, according to investigators.
