NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance to identify the suspects involved in a grand larceny that occurred on Thursday.
The incident happened around 3:30 pm, when a 34-year-old woman was approached by unknown individuals on a scooter.
The suspects then snatched the victim’s chain from her neck before making their escape.
The victim remained uninjured during the incident.
