NYPD Seeking Suspect in Forcible Touching Incident in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, NY – The New York City Police Department is requesting the public’s help in locating a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident within the 1st Precinct’s jurisdiction in Lower Manhattan.

On October 29, 2023, around 4:20 PM, a 39-year-old female was approached and inappropriately touched by an unknown individual at 103 Warren Street, Manhattan. The suspect, described as a male with a dark complexion and medium build, grabbed the victim’s buttocks before fleeing the scene on foot.

The suspect was last observed wearing a black hooded winter coat, light-colored pants, and black sneakers.
