NYPD seeking suspext who broke burglarized Queens church

NEW YORK CITY, NY – The New York City Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at a house of worship located at 25-02 80 Street in Queens.

The suspect broke into and robbed the Our Lady of Fatima Roman Catholic Church.

On Thursday, May 18, at approximately 5:30 am, an unknown individual broke into the location and stole approximately $60 in cash, along with various religious items valued at $890.

Police are seeking the public’s help to identify the burglar. Any information should be forwarded to NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline.
