NYPD Seeks Man Accused of Groping Woman on NYC Subway Train

BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Police are searching for a man who allegedly groped a woman as she exited the Metropolitan Avenue subway station in Williamsburg on Saturday afternoon.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:45 p.m. on Sept. 28, when a 25-year-old woman reported that an unidentified male approached her from behind and grabbed her buttocks before fleeing north on Lorimer Street. No injuries were reported in the incident.

The suspect is described as a male, between 20 and 25 years old, with a medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a maroon hooded sweatshirt with an American Eagle logo, black pants, and sneakers.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
