NYPD Seeks Public Assistance to Identify Suspect in Forcible Touching Incident

NEW YORK CITY – The New York City Police Department is requesting public help to locate and identify a suspect involved in a forcible touching incident reported within the 46th Precinct. The incident occurred early in the morning on Thursday, August 15, 2024, around 1:00 AM.

According to the police report, the incident took place near the intersection of Grand Avenue and West 174th Street. The suspect allegedly approached a 25-year-old woman, touched her buttocks, and then exposed himself before fleeing the scene on foot in an unspecified direction. The victim did not sustain any physical injuries during the encounter.

The NYPD has not provided specific descriptions of the suspect at this time but urges anyone with information regarding this incident to come forward to assist in the ongoing investigation.
