NYPD seeks suspects in attempted robbery at Manhattan business

NEW YORK, NY — The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals wanted in connection with an attempted robbery in Midtown Manhattan earlier this month.

The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 6, at approximately 5:30 a.m. inside a commercial establishment at 618 8th Avenue, within the boundaries of the 14th Precinct. Police say multiple individuals entered the business, assaulted a 25-year-old man, and attempted to steal items from the premises.

According to officials, the suspects punched the victim several times before fleeing the scene in different directions. No property was reported stolen.

Emergency Medical Services transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was treated for minor injuries and remains in stable condition.

Authorities are urging anyone with information regarding the incident or the individuals captured in surveillance footage to come forward.

The NYPD continues its search for suspects after a brazen early-morning robbery attempt in Midtown Manhattan.
