Ocean City police rescue kidnapped candy store pig

OCEAN CITY, NJ – Police in Ocean City have rescued a pig that was kidnapped from outside a candy store in the city Saturday morning. Now, they are seeking assistance from the public in identifying three Caucasian males involved in the theft of ‘Peppa Pig’.

The incident occurred on Saturday at around 2:00 a.m. in the vicinity of 120th Street. The pig character was taken from her display outside a candy store in that area. The three suspects were last seen in the vicinity of 126th Street.

The Ocean City Police Department has released photos of the suspects and is urging anyone who recognizes them to come forward with information.
