According to police, Kovias, 20, was last seen at approximately 6:15 p.m. Sunday in the area of 118th Street.

Police described him as a white male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 120 pounds.

Authorities said Kovias was likely shirtless and wearing red shorts along with orange and blue sandals when he was last seen.

Investigators believe he is likely alone.
