OCEAN CITY, MD – The Ocean City Police Department is asking the public to help identify a purse thief from an incident that happened on 16th Street and Baltimore Avenue late Sunday night.”
“The victim reported that she accidentally left her purse under the outside table of the coffee shop.The purse is a large shoulder bag that was beige and had dark brown netting on it. Video surveillance showed three males walking past the shop,” police said. “One of the males sees the purse, picks it up, looks through some of the contents, and walks away with the purse over his shoulder.”
