JACOBO JOSUE VALERA-RAMOS

Jacobo Josue Valera-Ramos, 28, was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 19, 2025, and is being held without bail on a second-degree drug offense. Jail records show he is charged under New Jersey statute 2C:35-5B(2) with manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing heroin or cocaine in an amount greater than half an ounce but less than five ounces.

GAUDENCIO RAMOS

Gaudencio Ramos was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 19, 2025, and is being held without bail. He is charged in an open case with multiple offenses, including resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, unlawful possession of a handgun, unlawful possession of a firearm for an unlawful purpose, aggravated assault with a firearm, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, and making terroristic threats.

Cesar Alejandro Negrete-Gines

Cesar Alejandro Negrete-Gines was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 19, 2025, and is being held without bail. He is charged in an open case with second-degree sexual assault involving a victim under the age of four and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

David Andrew Boyd

AUSTIN CALEB MARTINEZ

Austin Caleb Martinez was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 21, 2025. Records show he is being held on multiple open charges, including aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, burglary, making terroristic threats, obstruction, careless driving, and driving under the influence. Martinez, who also has an alias listed as Joseph Rodriguez, is being held on a combination of no-bail statuses and cash bonds totaling $4,500.
