Jacobo Josue Valera-Ramos, 28, was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 19, 2025, and is being held without bail on a second-degree drug offense. Jail records show he is charged under New Jersey statute 2C:35-5B(2) with manufacturing, distributing, or dispensing heroin or cocaine in an amount greater than half an ounce but less than five ounces.

Gaudencio Ramos was booked into the Ocean County Jail on August 19, 2025, and is being held without bail.
