Ocean County man jailed without bail on drug and weapons charges after Keansburg detainer filed

TOMS RIVER, NJ — A 29-year-old man is being held without bail at the Ocean County Jail following his arrest on multiple drug and weapons charges, according to newly released inmate records.

Nicholas Grabielo Mazzuca, also known by the alias “Loco,” was booked into the Ocean County Correctional Facility on Monday, September 1. He is facing five felony-level charges tied to a single case, including possession of controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, and multiple weapons offenses — among them, possession of a destructive device and unlawful possession of a handgun.

Court records show Mazzuca has been chargedwith the following offenses:

  • Possession of a Schedule I-IV controlled substance
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Certain persons not to have weapons
  • Possession of a destructive device
  • Unlawful possession of a handgun
