NEW YORK, NY – Robert Woods, a 29-year-old off-duty FDNY firefighter, was arrested for assault within the boundaries of the 120th Precinct early Saturday morning.
Woods was taken into custody at approximately 6:04 a.m. on September 9.
He was charged with assault and is currently awaiting further legal proceedings.
The incident is under ongoing investigation.
