Off-duty FDNY probationary firefighter arrested in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, N.Y. — An off-duty New York City firefighter was arrested early Sunday morning in Manhattan, authorities said.

William Nolan, 27, a probationary firefighter with the FDNY, was taken into custody at approximately 2:41 a.m. within the confines of the 13th Precinct. He has been charged with public lewdness and exposure of a person.

Details surrounding the incident were not immediately available.
