Midtown, NY – An off-duty firefighter was taken into custody early Saturday morning following an incident in the Midtown North Precinct. Authorities reported the arrest of Timothy Garrett, a 50-year-old member of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY), at 4:06 a.m.
Garrett faces charges of assault. The circumstances leading up to the arrest have not been disclosed, as the investigation continues.
