Off-Duty MTA Employee Arrested for Multiple Violations

NEW YORK, NY — An off-duty Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) employee was apprehended by police on Sunday afternoon. The individual faces several charges, including reckless endangerment and driving violations.

Holton Marcus, a 31-year-old MTA employee, was arrested within the 67th Precinct’s jurisdiction. In addition to reckless endangerment, Marcus is charged with reckless driving and violating vehicle traffic law by not having a front license plate.
