NEW YORK, NY – Lateisha Staley, a 46-year-old female correction who works for the New York City Department of Corrections, was arrested and charged with assault on Thursday, April 20, 2023. The incident occurred in the 113 Precinct while Staley was off-duty.
The arrest was made at approximately 2:15 pm and Staley was taken into custody by NYPD officers. She was charged with assault and taken to a nearby police station for processing.
