NEW YORK, NY – Louie Herschtein, a 59-year-old off-duty employee of the New York City Department of Corrections, was arrested and charged on Thursday, October 26, within the jurisdiction of the 66th Precinct.
Herschtein faces charges of menacing and false personation.
