BRONX, NY—An off-duty employee of the New York City Housing Authority, Brandon Suarez, 30, was arrested on Tuesday evening under multiple charges. The arrest occurred at 8:38 PM within the 40 Precinct.

Suarez faces charges including resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration in the second degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. The specifics of the incident leading to these charges have not been disclosed by the authorities.
