NEW YORK, NY — In a late-night incident on December 19, Mohammad Uddin, a 39-year-old NYPD police officer, faced arrest and charges in the Bronx. The arrest, which took place just before midnight, occurred within the jurisdiction of the 49th Precinct.

Uddin, while off-duty, was apprehended and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (DWI) and leaving the scene of an accident without reporting property damage.
