NEW YORK, NY – An off-duty NYPD Traffic Agent was arrested on Saturday night and faces charges of assault and harassment. Kerlene Applewhite, a 49-year-old female, was taken into custody at 9:50 PM within the 71st Precinct in Brooklyn. The charges filed against Applewhite include third-degree assault and harassment.
