Ohio Lottery Player Wins $10K on Scratch-Off

HOPEDALE, OH— A lottery player won $10,000 after playing the Ohio Lottery’s 50th Anniversary scratch-off, purchased at Wood’s Food Center #1 on Mill Street in Hopedale.

After mandatory state and federal tax withholdings totaling 28 percent, the winner will take home approximately $7,200.

The $50 scratch-off game offers a top prize of $600,000 a year for 25 years, with two top prizes remaining as of October 8.
