One Injured After Car Crashed into Home in Norwalk

NORWALK, CT – A home on Ponus Street was damaged after a vehicle crashed into it according to the Norwalk Police Department. The vehicle drove across the home front lawn and ended up hitting the corner of the attached garage causing structural and siding damage to the dwelling.

Patrol Division officers are investigating the incident and have reported one minor injury to the driver. No injuries were reported to the occupants inside of the home.

At this time the Norwalk Police Department has not publicly released because of the crash or whether or not any traffic citations were issued to the driver.
