BALTIMORE, MD – On October 2, 2021, at approximately 1:43 a.m., Eastern District patrol officers were called to the 1200 block of North Caroline Street for a Shot Spotter alert. Once at the location, officers located an adult male suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Medics responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
