PORTLAND, OR – Police in Portland have reported another shooting in the city, this time in the North Precinct. On December 14, 2020, at 9:50 p.m., Portland Police officers from the North Precinct responded to reports of a shooing in the 3700 block of North Lombard Street. Officers arrived and found that one person appeared to have been shot. At this time, there is no information on the condition of the victim. Additional information will be released at the direction of investigators.
