One shot in Wilkes-Barre apartment complex

WILKES-BARRE, PA – On Saturday, Wilkes-Barre City Police officers were dispatched to the Sherman Hills apartment complex to investigate a male gunshot victim.

The initial investigation reveals that the incident involved two males who were known to each other.

Authorities believe this is an isolated event and there is no apparent danger to the public at this time.

The Wilkes-Barre City Police Department Detective Division is currently investigating the case to determine the circumstances leading up to the shooting and to identify any potential suspects.
