Orchard Park Property Manager Pocketed $53,000 In Tenant Rent

BUFFALO, NY – An Orchard Park woman has pleaded guilty to grand larceny after stealing over $53,000 in tenant rents from a property management company she worked for.

50-year-old Mollie McCann Poblocki while working as an assistant property manager for a Buffalo-based company, stole approximately $53,000.00 from her employer between August 2019 and April 2021. The defendant committed the crime by pocketing a portion of rent payments paid by tenants to the property management company.

As part of her guilty plea, the defendant paid full restitution of $53,000.00 to the victim.

“McCann Poblocki faces a maximum of 3 years in prison when she is sentenced on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. She remains released on her own recognizance,” according to Erie County District Attorney John Flynn.
