GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP — A vehicle collision with a utility pole that led to the vehicle overturning prompted an emergency response from the Gloucester Township Police Traffic Safety Unit and Patrols. The incident occurred on Tuesday, August 15th, at approximately 11:10 AM on Somerdale Road near Morgan Hill Court.
The driver of the vehicle sustained minor injuries and was promptly transported to a local hospital for treatment. Post-incident, the roadway was swiftly cleared and remained accessible to traffic. Utility companies were present to replace the damaged pole.The cause of the crash is currently under investigation by the Gloucester Township Police Department’s Traffic Safety Unit.
