TOMS RIVER, N.J. — Authorities are investigating a package theft that occurred May 10 at an apartment on Walnut Street, the Toms River Police Department said in a statement released this week.
The department is attempting to identify a woman captured in surveillance footage who appears to be involved in the incident.
