Palmer Township Woman Charged for Centre Square Disturbance

EASTON, PA – In the early hours of Sunday, Amanda Angelique Rivera, a 23-year-old Palmer Township resident, was charged with a multitude of offenses following a disturbance in the Southeast Quad of Centre Square.

Rivera was apprehended at approximately 12:44 AM after a call reported a disturbance in the area.

Rivera faces various charges, which include two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, one count of resisting arrest, one count of disorderly conduct, and more.

Following her arrest, Rivera was transported to Central Booking Center at Northampton County Prison and was subsequently released to center personnel.

No additional details about the disturbance or Rivera’s actions have been provided at this time. Further developments and court proceedings are expected to be disclosed as the case progresses.
