Parkesburg Traffic Stop Leads to Firearm Arrest

PARKESBURG, PA – On Friday, at around 9:24 PM, Parkesburg police arrested Jonathan William Barrera for carrying a firearm without a license, among other charges.

The arrest occurred during a traffic stop on the unit block of East First Avenue.

Barrera was found concealing a loaded Privately Manufactured Firearm in his waistband.

He was subsequently taken to Central Booking and arraigned, with bail set at $20,000.00 cash.

Barrera is currently held at the Chester County Prison, awaiting a preliminary hearing at Parkesburg District Court.
