Pedestrian Fatally Struck By Car in Baltimore Hit & Run

BALTIMORE, MARYLAND – A pedestrian was fatally struck by a vehicle early this morning in Southwest Baltimore.

Southwest District Patrol officers arrived at North Hilton Street and Phelps Lane just after 2:30 am to investigate a report of a pedestrian struck.

At the scene police found the victim, an adult man. The victim was unresponsive and was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle that struck him left the scene of the accident and did not stay at the location. Crash Team investigators are currently examining this hit-and-run.
