Pedestrian Killed in Baltimore Vehicle Crash

Baltimore, MD — A fatal vehicle crash in Northwest Baltimore has claimed the life of an unidentified man who was struck while crossing the street.

On October 20, 2024, at approximately 10:35 a.m., officers responded to the 5200 block of Park Heights Avenue for a reported accident. Preliminary investigation indicates that the male pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway when he was hit by a vehicle. The driver remained on the scene.

The victim was transported to Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The CRASH Team has taken over the investigation, and anyone with information is asked to contact detectives at 410-396-2606 or 911. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
