Pedestrian Seriously Injured in North Bergen Collision

NORTH BERGEN, NJ – On Friday, a pedestrian was seriously injured in a collision at the intersection of Bergenline Avenue and 92nd Street.

The North Bergen Police Department and the Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident.

The pedestrian, a 65-year-old woman, was struck by a Honda Pilot operated by Steve Inoa, 40, of North Bergen.

She was transported to Hackensack University Medical Center and is in critical but stable condition.

Inoa has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated by the North Bergen Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
