PEDRO, OH – Jack Moore, a resident of Pedro, is celebrating a significant win after claiming $50,000 playing the Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off game, Billion.

After the mandatory deduction of state and federal taxes, totaling 28 percent, Moore will receive a prize of $36,000.

The winning ticket was purchased at Park Avenue Carry Out, a convenience store located at 722 Park Avenue in Ironton.
