YORK, PA- The West Manchester Police Department has arrested Nicholas Hasque Knee, charging him with one count of retail theft.
“Last Monday, Knee was at Kohl’s located at 200 Town Center Drive, where he stole $434.00 worth of merchandise,” according to police.
He remains in police custody.
