DENVER, PA – On Thursday, at around 03:15 a.m., police officers responded to a report of gunshots in the 1st block of Main Street.
Upon their arrival, they discovered Mark Teague, 63, had shot and killed his dog.
The incident occurred within his home.
Teague now faces charges of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals and Discharge of Firearm within Borough limits.
Following his arraignment, Teague was released on a bail set at $15,000.
