Perp stole 68-year-old man’s glasses on NYC subway train

NEW YORK, NY – The New York City Police Department is seeking public assistance to identify an individual involved in a bizarre theft incident that took place in Brooklyn on Thursday, April 27.

According to police, at around 2:40 pm, a 68-year-old male was on a southbound ‘3’ train nearing the Eastern Parkway-Brooklyn Museum subway station. An unidentified individual snatched his eyeglasses off his face before fleeing the station.

The victim did not suffer any injuries from this incident.
